Say you''re making a game module, like I am, that''s in the form of DLLs. You let someone else use it. Is it legal to package your own license agreement with the other guy''s game? And if something goes wrong with his game, but he doesn''t have a clause in his EULA saying that he''s not responsible if your machine explodes while using his game (:D) could you be also held responsible, especially if the bug can''t be replicated?
Sqeek.

I think as long as you make an agreement with the person using your lib that they''re using it at their own risk it''ll be their responsibility. Something like SGI uses for the STL: "Silicon Graphics makes no representations about the suitability of this software for any purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty."
