Besides the fact that our original Dweebs game was launched back in late 1998 before you even evolved - I think we have right and title to publish our own copyright and I.P. wouldn''t you say.
If anybody is going to sue anybody it will be us suing your sorry ass first for slanderous comments like yours before the long list of copyright infringers we have had to deal with for well over 3 years !.

Indeed there is the candy by Nestle but we will have that covered very shortly now regards the actual Trademark TM catagories for toys and software (not candy of course) just in case.
