Does anyone know what''s the copy right and trademark rights to Hasbro''s classic monopoly game? beside the fact that you cannot use the same name? What if someone make an opensource version that has the same idea, but different names, properties name, money style, cards, etc... but base on the same concept. Does Hasbro have a case against this?
