LAN , can them control the computer user?

1) LAN ..Can we code it in 1 computer and it can control the connection that it link to host? (with VB)
2) Modem..Can it do the same 1)?

If your talking aobut can it act as a host, then Yes.
How ever it will only be accessible by the LAN unless the host computer has access to the NET.
Modem Can do the same IF it has a connection to the NET how ever it would be horribly slow.
