I can''t find Multiplayer Game Programming at any bookstores around, checked over 5 stores...Where can I get it? I may have to just order it, but then I have to wait. Thanks

Barnes & Nobles should have it. Books A Million also carries it, so does Borders.

I know that it took about 3 weeks for some retailers to have OpenGL Game Programming in stock after it was released. That may be the case with Multiplayer Game Programming.
