Building Open Tools for Indie Devs

Hi there everyone, I'm a seasoned FANG Engineer that decided to declare a crusade on big tech and on the so called "Closed Metaverse" and the most important contribution I can make to the space is building open infrastructure with no extractive fees neither on devs nor users.

I'm currently working on a Team Building System similar to LoL Ranked Teams but for Indie People to be able to group, build and publish a game (and monetize it as well) but wanted to ask some of you to share tales of your game dev journey and share some problems found along the way that you wished had solutions back then.

I will update this post including links to the github repo if some of you are interested in trying it out

You may want to look around for existing art first, time is a very scarce resource. Building on top of something that exists already may be a better direction.
