Earlier today I made a post responding to a question, that turned out to be unnecessary due to someone else already having answered it. I seem to recall in the old days one could delete one's own post, but I can't find the option to do that anymore. I did notice a “hide” button, but that had no effect at all.

Does the new forum software not support that? Why?
