i''m currently developing a racing game (java/applet) which i intend to name ''high speed low drag'' and sell for big bucks, so i''m wondering if there''s a site somewhere which lists all registered names? i got the name from a westwood game i think (c&c??, red alert??, dunno) where a unit says exactly that when moving.
i consider ''high speed low drag'' to be a phrase and not a name.. otherwise i guess i have to come up with another cheesy name
You need to check with the copyright offices and have them do a look up..they charged us money, not that much, about $25...some 3rd party companies do it for free, if you need the number, which i don''t have wrote down, go to your local court house and bug people about it there, if they don''t answer, pull out a gun, and im sure they will talk....err..get you talking..
