How do you officially declare yourself a game team? I mean do you have to copywright your team and all that? Or do you just take the risk of only declaring yourself a game team?

I think you just register a company at some government agency, they''ll give you tons of papers for reading and filling out. Those will explain all the specifics of starting a company.
Maybe the Biz Forum will give you better answers on this, so I''ll move it there.

You make a game.

Nothing else is really meaningful.
If you just want to get together with some people and make a game for fun just go ahead and do it. Pick a name for your team and off you go.

If you are talking about doing it as a job then you need to set up a company and sort everything out properly. Talk to an accountant as they can usually set up companies fairly cheaply and advise you on what you need to do.
